Congress on Obesity,
in a Unilever-sponsored symposium "Food-based approaches to body fat reduction"

Rianne Ruijschop Young Scientist
of the Year in the Netherlands
Ir. Rianne Ruijschop of NIZO food research has won
the prestigious Unilever Young Scientist Award.
The prize was awarded based on her ground breaking work on the role of aromas in
satiation.
Within Diogenes Rianne is involved in RTD line 5: Obesity and Food
Technology.
